Welcome to Chalet Lill Britta
The chalet was built in 1964 by the swedish artist Britta de la Cour. Lill Britta was her nickname. She lived here for 30 years, creating her well-known floral pictures. Having a great spaced living room, practical cupboards and interesting accessories in a mix of modern and old-fashioned design, she created a comfortable atmosphere. Rural simplicity combined with bright, fresh colors and airy, flowery happiness resulted the peaceful ambience, which refreshes the everyday stress. Each of the three apartments has its individual touch. Trying to maintain the unspoiled original style, we have the honor of the positive feedback our guests used to give. Over the years they are verifying this philosophy over and over again.

The Chalet is located on the upper hill of the Hörnlibahn by nearly 1950 Meters in the Center of Arosa. You have a beautifull view on the surroundings of hills and nature. The position offers a all-day-long sunbath.
Info for skiers
Driving by ski you can start right from the house following the piste down to the Hörnlibahn and in the evening back to the Chalet's front door.

Upper apartment
The upper apartment offers place to sleep for 5 people and includes radio, TV, telephone and Wi-Fi additional to the equipped kitchen, bathroom and the beautiful balcony.
Middle apartment
The middle apartment offers place to sleep for up to 5 people and includes radio, TV, telephone and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is separated and equipped (including dishwasher). The balcony offers a beautiful view over the valley.
Lower apartment
The lower apartment offers place for 4-5 people and includes radio, TV, telephone and Wi-Fi additional to the equipped kitchen. The bathroom contains a sit-down-bath and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the valley.
Price
Each apartment is equipped to have a pleasant atmosphere and a cosy feeling.
The prices listed are per day.
The bill for the final cleaning comes to CHF 150 and the washing amounts CHF 25 per person.
In addition, we charge CHF 100 per pet.
In addition comes the obligated Kurtaxe.
Free Wifi is available in the whole house.
The apartments are rented out weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
*day of arrival: at 4.00 pm possible
*day of departure: vacate till 10.00 am
